We often receive many requests for our workshops as gifts or for our gift certificates.

If you are booking through a "third party course or group" we will need a minimum of 2 students.

If you book direct we can most likely accommodate anyone.

If you use PayPal (fees will apply) we advise to use the "friends and family fee free" method.

Policies/cancellation policies:

-Student to give notice at least 48 hours before the start of class for full refund or 1/2 refund if less than 48 hours for all classes except- Intro To Studio Lighting Workshop, which requires 4 days notice for a full refund. Notice given within 4 days of the workshop will be 1/2 refund (due to equipment/space rentals).

-We are working and may have to move a schedule because of jobs or client meetings, we try to hold a schedule for you and will do our best to let you know with as much notice we can if this is not possible.

Our philosophy about our workshops:

1- Quality not quantity: small individualized class size- maximum of 4 students and most often less.  Our minimal class size creates a highly desirable environment for the maximum experience.  It makes sense- we consider our personalized workshop environment a unique opportunity to give you the most effective results in a New York City workshop.

2- Here with us you can stop the workshop and ask any question you may otherwise feel out of place asking- it's a small class environment, feel free to interrupt whenever you like.

3-  If you don't see a date you can work with ask us about it-  we may be flexible with scheduling.

4- We often attract students from many different states and countries around the world for the sole purpose of participating in our eventful and inspiring workshops.

5- Input from our students has shown they prefer to learn in the single day format.  After a productive day they are knowledgable, empowered and inspired to get started on their own.

6- A simple, helpful guidebook folder is issued in the Basic Digital Camera Workshop.  This is a useful guide and helpful review to your day to take home with you.

7-  Want all the attention on you without distractions?  Set up a private- 1 on 1 workshop.

8-  Want a workshop in your place or space?  It can be done at your location, on your schedule.

9-  Can't find instruction for a particular or peculiar interest you may want to know?  Our experience runs deep.  Reach out to us with your area of curiosity- if we know how to fulfill it, we will.

10-  Have a personal need for a personal shopper?  We've gone shopping with students that had no idea what they needed for their personal projects or needs- then we showed them how to use it all!

11-  Want to ask about your course and your needs?  Call me, I'm usually available to talk. We are also accessible to help our students after the workshop experience and accept your calls and questions.

A helpful and inspiring environment for you-  now a bit about me:

My personal philosophy is simplicity: We are proud to provide years of great learning experiences since 2007 while teaching university accredited courses at Parsons University The New School.  I have worked here and abroad with some of the biggest names in the business; major magazine titles, supermodels, top editors, stylists, hair and make-up artists in the U.S. and abroad, ad campaigns for major brands, production, awe inspiring locations and celebrities.  I have worked with my N.Y. agents and reps in 5 major European cities and Scandinavia countries on some very cool projects.  Personally I feel no need to present anything less than an inspiring, pleasant attitude in both my work with an ad agency, magazine, movie set or your student workshop.  I have loved photography since I taught myself out of a booklet my mother gave me as a gift when I was a kid.  Since then a spark was lit.  I have always embraced it and everyday I still find the room to continue to learn more.

My personal projects involve making large art pieces here and abroad using the magic of techniques invented/discovered by the photography geniuses of the early to mid 1800's.

Thanks for your curiosity I look forward to hearing from you!
